Welcome to the VolunteerCake project home page

This is an example of the project in action.

This project was created to support the volunteer signup process for the Livermore Community Thanksgiving Dinner (http://lctd.org) which is a site that was created by AccuWeaver LLC (http://www.accuweaver.com) as a volunteer project.

VolunteerCake is based on the CakePHP framework, and uses artifacts from the following open source projects:

The demo has two users set up:

admin - Administrator for the site
jdoe - John Doe user of the site

Both users have the same password as their name, or you can create your own when you go to the user registration page or by clicking on a signup for a particular job slot from the Jobs page.
